01Who we are
ixSquare LLC ("ixSquare", "we") operates https://ixsquare.com. For anything in this policy, write to support@ixsquare.com.
02What we collect
- Contact form: your first and last name, work email, and message, plus the date and time you accepted this policy.
- Analytics: aggregated page views and Core Web Vitals through Vercel Analytics. It uses no cookies and no cross-site identifiers; visitors are counted with a hashed value that cannot be traced back to a person.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and troubleshooting.
- A single browser-storage flag that remembers you dismissed the privacy notice. It contains no personal data.
03What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, no pixels, no fingerprinting.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No automated decision-making about you.
04Why we use it
- To reply to your request and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal (legal basis: steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest).
- To understand which pages are useful and keep the site fast (legitimate interest).
- To keep the site secure and detect abuse (legitimate interest).
05Who processes it for us
Each provider acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement and may store data in the United States or the European Union.
- Vercel Inc. — hosting, delivery, and cookie-free analytics.
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365 — our email and document environment, where your message is read and stored.
06How long we keep it
- Contact requests: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it turns into a contract, in which case for the duration of the relationship plus the retention period required by law.
- Server logs: as configured by our hosting provider, typically no more than 30 days.
- Analytics: aggregated only; individual visits are not retained.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email support@ixsquare.com; we answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your data-protection authority.
08Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Contact-form submissions travel encrypted to our email provider and are stored in Microsoft 365 with multi-factor authentication and role-based access. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information through the form.
09Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.
10Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted on the home page for 30 days.
